Thursday Night Tastings

Welcome to our first of hopefully may Thursday night tastings. Our first offering in the series explores Scotch whisky. Your host for the evening, Patrick Badour, owns Rock Bottom, where he focuses on palate refinement and specializes in sensory analysis. Patrick is dedicated to educating individuals and providing them with the tools to appreciate their palate and the beverages they drink. (without being overly pretentious about it) 

At our Tasting Workshop, you will explore, cultivate, and discover your palate in an open conversation setting. You will also chow on some sweet Union grub.
